Certification of a translation by a sworn translator

This service is intended for documents to be submitted to official bodies, public notaries or where a certified translation is required by an official institution.

Certification applies to an already translated document, where the translation must be certified as consistent with the original by a sworn translator.

The fee for certification includes:
  • verification of the translation
  • making minor corrections if necessary
  • adapting the format of the document to the format for certified translations

Explanatory notes

  • All prices are expressed in PLN and exclude VAT (22%).
  • The settlement unit for non-editable files is 1500 ASCII characters of translated text. Dla plików edytowalnych strona wynosi 210 słów tekstu źródłowego. Jednostką obliczeniową w przypadku uwierzytelniania tłumaczeń przysięgłych jest strona równa 1125 znaków ASCII
  • Teksty o objętości przekraczającej 1 stronę obliczeniową obliczane są następująco: dla tekstów nieedytowalnych w zaokrągleniu do 0.1 strony; dla plików edytowanych - ilość słów tekstu źródłowego; dla uwierzytelnienia - każda rozpoczęta strona traktotwana jest jako pełna strona.
  • Cena za tłumaczenie tekstów specjalistycznych (medycznych, technicznych, chemicznych itp.) może być do 30% wyższa od stawki podstawowej, jeżeli teksty te będę wymagać dodatkowych konsultacji ze specjalistami, pogłębienia tematu oraz wymagać specjalistycznej wiedzy lingwistycznej. O ew. zastosowaniu nietypowej stawki zostaną Państwo poinformowani niezwłocznie po zapoznaniu się z materiałami, przed wysłaniem potwierdzenia przyjęcia zamówienia.
  • Proste tabele są wykonywane bezpłatnie. Na życzenie klienta wykonujemy również skomplikowane tabele oraz grafiki. Cena za jedną niewypełnioną tabelę/grafikę odpowiada 1/2 stawki za stronę tłumaczenia.
  • Stawka za tłumaczenie tekstów pisanych odręcznie lub mało czytelnych (niska jakość oryginału itp.) jest wyższa o 10- 30% w zależności od jakości tekstu. O wysokości stawki zostaną Państwo poinformowani niezwłocznie po zapoznaniu się z materiałami, przed wysłaniem potwierdzenia przyjęcia zamówienia. Wyjątek stanowią tłumaczenia przysięgłe, gdzie nie pobiera się wyższych opłat.
  • We only certify those documents that we consider properly translated or which require only minor alterations. In all other cases we recommend the retranslation of the document. You will be informed of our decision in advance and requested to express consent for the retranslation of the document.
  • Sworn translators reserve the right to verify original documents before certifying a translation as correct.
